MEP BIM Coordination
Integrated MEP Modeling with Zero-Clash Construction Packages
Our MEP BIM Coordination service models Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in full 3D and federates them with the architectural and structural models for comprehensive clash detection. We produce coordinated shop drawings, spool sheets, and BOQ packages — eliminating expensive on-site clashes and rework.

How We Work
Our Delivery Process
01
Brief & Scoping
Share your drawings, point cloud, or specifications. We review scope, confirm LOD, and agree timelines in a BIM Execution Plan.
02
Modeling & Coordination
Our BIM team builds the model in Revit, running coordination checks against all disciplines at each milestone.
03
QA & Review
Every deliverable goes through our ISO-certified QA process. You review and provide feedback via shared cloud environment.
04
Delivery & Support
Final files issued in agreed formats (RVT, IFC, DWG, PDF). We provide post-delivery support during the construction phase.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is MEP BIM Coordination?
+−
MEP BIM Coordination is the process of modeling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in 3D and coordinating them with the architectural and structural models to detect and resolve clashes before construction. It eliminates costly on-site rework and ensures all services can be installed as designed.
Which MEP systems do you model?
+−
We model HVAC (ductwork, pipework, plant rooms), electrical (cable trays, containment, lighting), plumbing (water supply, drainage, hot water), firefighting (sprinklers, hydrant mains, deluge), and BMS infrastructure.
What software do you use for MEP coordination?
+−
We use Autodesk Revit MEP for modeling and Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination. We can also work within BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for cloud-based project environments.
How are clashes reported and resolved?
+−
Clash reports are generated from Navisworks at each milestone, categorised by severity and discipline. They are issued as Excel/PDF reports and discussed in weekly coordination calls. A resolution log tracks every clash from identification through to sign-off.
Do you deliver coordinated shop drawings?
+−
Yes. Once the model is clash-free, we extract coordinated shop drawings for each MEP discipline. These include plan drawings, sections, isometrics, and spool sheets for prefabrication.
