Why not just use the original MEP drawings?

Existing buildings are frequently modified beyond what drawings show. Scan-based modeling captures what is actually installed, which is far more reliable for planning new works.
Can you model concealed services?

We can only model what is visible or inferable in the scan data. For fully concealed services we recommend combining scan data with existing drawings or a targeted survey.
